If you’re still trying to do everything yourself in business, it’s not a badge of honour. It’s a fast track to burnout.

Bullshit.

Real growth doesn’t come from doing more. It comes from doing the right things with the right people.

Aligned collaboration isn’t outsourcing for the sake of it.

It’s working with people who:

  • Get your values

  • Call out your blind spots

  • Bring skills you don’t have

  • Care about outcomes, not ego

The moment I stopped trying to be the expert in everything and started collaborating properly, everything shifted:

  • Better decisions

  • Less emotional load

  • Faster execution

  • More clarity

  • Way less burnout


You Don’t Need More Opinions, You Need the Right Ones

Friends mean well. Family mean well.But are they actually equipped to advise you on business? Let’s be honest, their opinions and input aren’t the ones you really need right now. 

Aligned collaborators:

  • Ask better questions

  • Tell you the uncomfortable truth

  • Spot misalignment before it costs you money

  • Help you think long-term, not just survive the month

And yes, sometimes they’ll say, “This isn’t working.” That’s not negativity. That’s leadership.


Burnout Comes From Carrying Too Much Alone

Most burnout I see isn’t from working too hard. It’s from carrying too much decision-making, uncertainty and pressure solo.

When you collaborate well:

  • You’re not stuck in your own head

  • You’re not second-guessing every move

  • You’re not emotionally attached to every decision

That’s where momentum comes back.
